COVID-19 Reopening Guidelines 

Dear Valued Patients,

We are excited to announce that Coronation Physiotherapy & Osteopathic Clinic is now open! We will be following up to reschedule missed appointments, but if you have not heard from us please call directly to schedule your next appointment as soon as possible. 

In order to reopen safely, we are following strict COVID-19 reopening guidelines as outlined by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. 

Please read our COVID-19 policies and procedures thoroughly before your next appointment: 

1. Do not visit the clinic without an appointment. If you visit the clinic, you will be screened for COVID-19 through a series of questions, and asked to return home. We will then follow-up to schedule an appointment. 

2. We will have a phone call with each patient before scheduling an appointment to:

   1. Screen for COVID-19 symptoms AND

   2. Determine if an in-person treatment is required OR

   3. If virtual care can be administered insead.  

3. Please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before leaving home. 

4. When you arrive at the clinic you will be:

   1. Given a mask to wear while in the clinic.

   2. Given hand sanitizer to use immediately. 

   3. Taken to your appointment room immediately. If this is not possible. You will be asked to return to your vehicle (if available) and you will be called when your room is available. 

   4. If you must wait in the waiting room, you will be asked to remain 6ft. away from others. 

5. Ben Kwiecinski will wear a mask when treating patients, and wash his hands before and after each patient contact.

6. All patient care surfaces will be wiped with a cleaner-disinfectant product before and after each patient contact.

7. Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer after the appointment and remove their mask when they have left the clinic. 

8. The entire clinic will be disinfected at the close of each business day. 

Unless you require assistance from another person, please attend your appointment alone. 

If you show any signs of COVID-19 or feeling unwell, please call and reschedule your appointment in order to keep clinic staff and other patients safe. 

We will do our best to book appointments to allow time between patients to help maintain physical distancing and allow for surface and equipment cleaning after each appointment.
